Methods of Payment
We accept cash or credit card. CASH PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT TIME OF DELIVERY PRIOR TO SETUP. Credit card payments via Paypal must be made no later than 24 hours/1day prior to your event. Sorry, no personal checks.
Please Note: There is a
$50.00$35.00 non-refundable deposit required for reserving our units. In the event a cancellation is required, your deposit shall be applied towards a future rental.
Set-up Area Requirements
- A clean flat surface of at least 17 x 17* for set up of the unit. There must be no obstructions including trees, bushes, basketball hoops, etc.. Please advise us of adverse set-up locations or circumstances (indoor set up, outdoor pavement set up, slopes, hills, etc.). Pet waste must be cleared prior to setup.
- Set up location must be clear of hanging trees, wires or any additional obstructions.
- Clearly communicate if there are time restrictions for set up or tear down.
- Someone must be available to take delivery during the time frame of your reservation (set up will be up to 2 hours prior to the event).
- ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD OR DRINK, NO SHOES, NO SHARP OBJECTS COME, NO HANGING ON THE NET OF OUR UNITS, NO SAND, and NO SILLY STRING (permanently damages vinyl on the inflatable units).
- Children must be SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES - You are responsible for following and enforcing the rules and guidelines we set forth for safe operation and play of our units.
THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE ASSESSED WHEN THE INDICATED REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT FOLLOWED:
| Inflatable Bouncers: | $50 - $100 for cleaning fees |
| Jousting & Sumo Suits: | $50 - $100 for cleaning fees |
The following guidelines apply to the number of riders that may be in the inflatable
at the same time (Max Weight 675lbs):
| Children between the ages of 2 & 7 (small children): | 8 – 10 |
| Children between the ages of 8 and 12: | 5 – 7 |
| Children and Adults over 12 years | 3 – 4 |
Reservation Confirmation
Your reservation is not considered scheduled until the following has been completed (the rental is still open for scheduling):
(1) Deposit payment received for reservation within 1 week of the reservation (if reservation is made in less than 3 days prior to the event, deposit must be received within 36 hours unless alternate arrangements have been made).
(2) Email confirmation and contract review.
(3) Verbal or email confirmation prior to delivery.
Please note, we will confirm your reservation and scheduled delivery time on the day of the event. If the above is not completed (as per the requirements) the reservation is automatically considered "open" to another customer. IF we attempt to confirm the reservation and we do not hear from you within 24 hours prior to the event date, your delivery may be placed behind those who have confirmed their reservation. Please keep this in mind.
What is Your Delivery Policy?
The first 20 miles delivery of any inflatable rental is free (this includes setup and return for pick-up). Click HERE and enter zip 60473 as the Starting Location to see if your event is in the Free Zone. Delivery rates over 20 miles are as follows:
over 20 - 25 miles - $20.00
over 25 - 30 miles - $30.00
over 30 - 35 miles - $40.00
over 35 - 39 miles - $50.00
over 39 miles+ - $60.00 and up

These charges are for the trip to you only - pick up is free. For travel fees on any other party services, please contact us.
We service the Chicago area (Chicago and many surrounding areas including Northwest Indiana).
Upon delivery, we insure that your rental is clean and in good working condition before your event. We return for pick-up after the event. Set up normally takes about 30 minutes and take down typically the same. If you require setup on a hard surface, please let us know at the time of reservation. If you require portable power (a generator), please let us know prior to delivery. Generator rental is an additional $50.00 for the day.
What is Your Cancellation Policy?
We would like to know as early in advance as possible if a cancellation is required. In the event of an emergency, we do we do understand that things happen. In order to keep our business effective and timely, we require a 24 hour notice should you need to reschedule, changed time, change location, or cancel your reservation altogether. This excludes extenuating weather conditions (we are in Chicago). We will in turn exercise this same level of customer service to you.
You reservation is not considered cancelled unless a verbal or email confirmation is received.
What is Your Weather Policy?
Giggles and Jumps reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to adverse weather conditions (No Penalty To You) because of kids and other guests safety. We will need to cancel if it is raining at the time of delivery, there is a high chance of rain, or there are high winds in excess of 20mph the day of the delivery. There will be no refunds or reductions in price due to bad weather once the unit is set up on location. Should we set up the unit based on your decision that the weather will be fine, and we have to pick the unit up early due to bad weather, no refunds or discounts will be given.
